Head circumference, in cm*

(Take a measuring tape and place it around the circumference of your head just above your ears, with the tape held closely to your head. If you do not have a measuring tape, then use a piece of string or wool to measure around your head and then check the length using a ruler or other measure.)

Refund Policy

You are encouraged to book your gown even if you have recently completed the programme you are following but are still awaiting final results. Should you be informed that you will not be graduating in the November 2025 ceremonies, you will be entitled to a refund. Applications for refunds should reach us by sending an email including supporting documents that you will not be graduating by not later than noon of Wednesday, 19 November, 2025 (the last day of Undergraduate ceremonies). In the case of requesting a refund due to ill-health, please attach a doctor’s certificate. Donations made to RIDT are NOT refundable.

Important Notes

Security deposit: Apart from the fee paid when booking the academic dress, a security deposit of €50 will also need to be paid when collecting the gown. (Card payments not accepted.) This deposit will be refunded in full upon safe return of the academic dress.
Collections and returns: Gowns are to be collected and returned on the days and times indicated by our office. Collections and returns will take place from the University Merchandise shop located at Student House, Msida Campus (near the canteen). Opening hours are as follows: Monday to Friday (except public holidays) between 09:00 and noon. Damages: Graduands are fully responsible for the academic dress once collected and will be charged for any damages and / or losses.

MUHC requires the information above to process your order, notify you about its status, and assist you with any queries you may have. We will retain this information until rented gowns are returned and funds due are collected, or for a longer period where necessary to identify any issues and resolve any legal proceedings or any other related matters. Your information is not shared with third parties, and we will only disclose it if we are obliged to by law. The only exception is in the case of customers who choose to benefit from the joint package offered with Tufigno Photography (MUHC's official photographer for UM graduations), where the necessary information will be shared with Tufigno Photography solely for the purpose of providing the agreed service. You may access your personal data held and processed by MUHC, and ask for it to be corrected if it is inaccurate by sending us an email on info@universitysportsandleisure.com. You may also, in certain circumstances, request the erasure of your personal data we hold and process, request that we restrict such processing, object to the further processing of your data, or request that your data is forwarded to a third party.
